All logos are given to our in-house embroidery professionals to decide on stitch patterns for each section of your custom embroidery design. This is a key part of the embroidery process, as this will determine how every piece of your order will look based on the digitized embroidery file.

Embroidery is the use of rayon or polyester thread to customize apparel such as t-shirts, polo golf shirts, hats, jackets, bags, business wear, and uniforms. It works by creating what is called a digitized file. With the digitized file our Tajima embroidery machines are able to sew, and stitch your company’s logo in the precise location of your product to create your perfectly embroidered design.
